Diane Philpott attended the Berkeley Institute and in 1969 joined the first commercial class of the Bermuda College graduating in June 1971.
Diane assists attorneys in the litigation department in all aspects of preparation for cases for trial and related preparatory work, and provides general departmental administrative assistance. She is also a member of the Employment and Immigration team.
In July 1971 Diane joined the group as a Junior Secretary and within one year was promoted to Legal Secretary to Dianna Kempe, for whom she worked until February 1980. In February 1980, Diane was promoted to Legal Assistant. She passed Part I of the Institute of Legal Executives examinations and is presently an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives. Diane has also passed Part II Matrimonial Law of the Fellowship examinations and is the Treasurer of the Bermuda Branch of the Institute of Legal Executives.
